MARINIST residence is constructed at our own expense and does not depend on third-party investments even during economic instability.
Therefore, ahead of plans, we:
🔹 pour the floor slabs of the 7th floor in all Sections;
🔹 lay external walls of 4 floors simultaneously (the staff of bricklayers has been doubled!);
🔹 preparatory works for facade finishing are performed!

September at Marinist passed in the rhythm of intensive works over the first floor of the complex and parking:
Reinforcement of the floor slabs on the first floor of the housing complex and diaphragms of parking have been finished. We follow to the second floor and grow up!

Over the summer we finished digging the foundation ditch. Now the stage of the building's foundation construction is in full swing. By the beginning of September we will proceed to the first floor!

Now perennial blue and green spruces form a park in the local area, and will become the main decoration of our project.
